

Vanja is senior associate at SOG / Samardžić, Oreški & Grbović.
Vanja has worked within the team advising clients on all aspects of commercial and corporate law including corporate governance, compliance, M&A and commercial agreements. She also advises clients on banking and finance issues, particularly project finance, foreign exchange transactions and cross border credit transactions. Vanja has a particular experience in aviation industry matters and has recently acted as the lead counsel for international airline in establishing and functioning of their global shared services center in Serbia.
Vanja obtained her LL.B degree at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law. During her studies she was a member of the Belgrade team in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and ICC Commercial Mediation Moot competitions. Vanja as a certified mediator is a member of National Association of Mediators of Serbia.
Vanja is fluent in English and Serbian.
