Tereza is the finance manager at SOG law firm, heading up the accounting and financial operations of the firm.

Tereza is in charge of financial management and accountability requirements. Her primary responsibilities include: advising on all aspects of strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting needs; monitoring implementation and maintenance of finance and accounting controls and procedures. She is also responsible for the analysis and preparation of data for the annual budget, preparation of month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial statements and leadership in the development of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. Tereza is also responsible for the establishment of financial policies and procedures that ensure a sound financial structure, efficient internal control, and oversight of the daily operations of the firm.
