Miroslava works in cooperation with SOG Law Firm as an Of Counsel on a project basis.

She has extensive experience in providing legal services to multinationals, foundations, associations and funds. She mainly focuses on corporate, commercial law, employment, and public-private partnerships. Lately, Miroslava gained a great experience in the procedures of verification of preschools and primary schools in Serbia.

Miroslava is an expert in both national and international sports law, as she represented the Basketball Federation of Serbia in legal matters, providing legal opinions and advice on the basis of the application of FIFA, FIBA and MOKA rules.  Miroslava is an arbitrator at the Permanent Sports Arbitration at the Olympic Committee of Serbia.

Miroslava graduated at the University of Novi Sad, School of Law, earning an LL.B. law degree, and finished postgraduate studies in the field of media law.

Miroslava is fluent in English.
