Kristina is an associate at SOG / Samardžić, Oreški & Grbović law firm.
Kristina earned her LL.B. and LL.M. degrees at University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, where she graduated among the best in her class.
Prior to joining SOG, she worked in the Belgrade office of a reputable international law firm, where she maintained focus on dispute resolution, and particularly labour disputes. Her experience includes advising domestic and international companies on a wide range of employment matters, including whistleblowing, discrimination and harassment claims. She has also advised clients in connection with the consequences of COVID-19 pandemic, on matters such as remote work, conducting redundancy procedures, restructurings and severance and retention plans.
Kristina is also a data protection expert. She regularly advises clients on GDPR and the local DPA regulations. Her work in this area particularly includes dealing with data protection issues arising from employment data privacy rights – matters such as workplace privacy, data processing, cross-border data transfers, compliance and data breach responses.
