Her transactional experience covers advising on legal issues in complex local and cross-border acquisitions of both companies and assets, joint venture structuring, corporate reorganizations, squeeze-outs, corporate governance, and general regulatory compliance.
Katarina is a well-versed corporate advisor who has followed various commercial and private equity companies, providing extensive assistance in day-to-day corporate matters, from business incorporations to sales. She also counsels foreign exchange, antitrust and competition, and data protection regulatory framework.
