Dragan works in cooperation with SOG Law Firm as an Of Counsel and Chief Competition Economist on a project basis.

Dragan has more than 13 years of experience in providing expert economic advice in the areas of antitrust defense, market concentration, competition law, as well as strategic development, organization, feasibility studies, financial analysis, M&A, valuation and others.

Dragan published extensively on topics of competition analysis, market concentrations, analytical marketing, strategic analysis, the microfinance industry and privatization. He also co-authored Management by Projects (Faculty of Economics, Belgrade, 2010) and Economic Dictionary (Faculty of Economics, Belgrade, 2006).

Dragan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Economics, and received a Master of Philosophy in Management Studies from the University of Cambridge (Shell Centenary Scholarship). He earned his PhD in Business Economics from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Economics on the topic of using marketing research as a basis for project financial valuation, and participated in a postdoctoral research program in the field of financial valuation at the University of Chicago, Booth Business School (Fulbright Scholarship). In addition, since 2013 Dragan is a CFA Institute Certified Financial Analyst.

Dragan is fluent in English and French.
