Ana is a seasoned professional whose track record includes more than 13 years of experience in consulting international, national and local clients on various legal matters, particularly in the fields of corporate law, restructuring, foreign investments, direct and indirect taxes, cross-border transactions and sale & purchase agreements.

As a legal associate at the Central Registry of Securities of Republika Srpska, she had built specific experience and knowledge in matters of corporate governance, share issuance, share pledge agreements and stock trading.

During a five-year assignment with Deloitte, Tax & Legal department, Ana coordinated many challenging cross-national projects involving M&A, due diligence and tax audits, as well as employment law and tax structuring, which has gave her in depth understanding of tax, financial and accounting aspects of business transactions.

Taking up a position in a notary public`s office, as the main client contact for many international companies and notable regional law firms, Ana extended her expertise in areas including corporate governance, contract law, real estate, mortgages, loans, construction.

Upon completion of all of her legal studies courses at the University of Novi Sad, Serbia, Ana acquired her Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Banja Luka.

Ana is fluent in English, Bosnian and Serbian.
