Aleksandra is a Trainee at SOG / Samardžić, Oreški & Grbović Law Firm.
Aleksandra obtained her LL.M. degree at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law.
Aleksandra is a team member of multiple practice groups, including Corporate and M&A, Banking & Finance and Competition. She focuses on supporting clients on day-to-day corporate matters, compliance with local regulations and regulatory issues. Aleksandra also supports teams advising clients in acquisition and financing transactions, contract law, preparation of due diligence reports, joint ventures, asset deals and merger control matters.
Aleksandra has academic experience, working as a teaching assistant on the subject of Private International Law. She is also a Project Associate in the Balkan Center for Regulatory Reform, where she engages in study and analysis of the economic regulatory framework in Serbia, including policy proposals, impact assessments, analytical studies, and regulatory reform recommendations that aim to improve the local legal and commercial environment.
During her studies, Aleksandra participated in training programs and seminars organized by OSCE mission in Serbia, such as Environmental Law Clinic, and the Interdisciplinary Seminar on Global Corruption, Global Crime and International Legal Responses. She also participated in the European Programme for Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals (HELP), organized by the Council of Europe.
She is fluent in English, and has basic knowledge of Italian
