

Aleksa is a Senior Associate at SOG Law Firm.
He is a member of the Corporate and M&A department specializing in corporate, commercial, and project development areas.
Aleksa’s key expertise is corporate law. He advises local and international clients in local and cross-border M&A transactions with a focus on real estate, energy and infrastructure, and retail industry groups. Furthermore, he counsels in all aspects of joint venture structuring, spin-offs and corporate restructuring, squeeze-outs, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.
In addition, Aleksa is also a member of the Energy, Infrastructure & PPP practice group and he counsels in legal matters related to developing and financing energy projects (particularly in the renewable energy sector) and was involved in major energy projects in Serbia, representing both developers and financiers.
Aleksa also advises on merger clearance and foreign exchange regulatory matters.
