April 2023 – SOG advises Lafarge Serbia, a member of the Holcim Lafarge group, in a “share deal” transaction regarding the acquisition of a business of the company GB Concrete doo, holding assets – RMX concrete mixer-pumps and engaging employees operating the pumps. The 100% shares in the company are sold by, among others, Brigate doo.

The SOG team, led by Managing Partner Miloš Velimirović and Senior Associates Aleksa Bošnjović and Katarina Živković were assisting the buy-side in course of drafting the (preliminary and definitive) transaction documents, merger clearance matters, and signing and closing activities.
